I've shared it beneath the cut.
All measurements are metric.
1 cup (250 ml) plain (all purpose) flour
½ cup of cooking salt
2 tablespoons cream of tartar
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup of hot tap water
2 teaspoons of mild disinfectant
1/2 – 1 teaspoon of food colour
• Sift dry ingredients into a large microwave glass bowl or jug.
• Add liquids and stir well. Add food dye until desired colour.
• Microwave on High (90-100%) for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl after stirring. Mixture is ready when it congeals to form a ball.
• Cover and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
I'm also attempting to make bread in my breadmaker again, now that I've purchased kitchen scales (and now that the store runs out of bread SUPER QUICKLY, also, it's always frozen, and God, I love my bread.) I am hoping that this time it turns out the way it's supposed to. It's usually been pretty bloody awful - super dense and not properly cooked, despite me following the instructions. Only, I've been doing it with measuring cups and, really, with something like bread, scales are the only way to go. If it still doesn't work, I'll just make it without the infernal automated "maker".
