La la la la la!

I can't believe it's already Wednesday 15th December 2004. Scary.

My broadband went AWOL last night, very annoyingly. I spent a good portion of this morning trying to get it to work again. It does this weird thing where it just goes kaput. It's odd and confusing. Dad gets highly irate when it happens.

I love how everyone (well, by that I mean Harry Potter fans) is hoping for a christmas notification of the release date of Half-Blood Prince. Me? I don't want to know in many ways, not if it means I'll be waiting till June or July for the actual book, because then I'll spend the whole year "waiting" for something again, like I did last year, and then again this year, and I'm frankly sick of it. I'm sick of spending my life waiting for the next milestone, even if that happens to be something small like a book release.

So, sorry to disappoint, but I don't mind if Jo decides to tell us in April that the book is released in June. It cuts the silly waiting time down at least.
