The Importance of Being Silly

I think people severely underrate silliness. There's such pressure to forever be serious, as if, not being serious all of the time, you're therefore immature, unintelligent and unreliable.

It's a load of hogswash. Saying silly words... doing silly things. They're all good for you. It doesn't mean you can't also be responsible, knowledgeable and mature. It just means you appreciate the need to make people laugh and laugh yourself.

All hail silliness!
