Today I read "Absalom and Achitophel" as part of my Epic class. I have to say I liked it. I don't know what it is about epics, or poems in the heroic mode or heroic poems or epics which revolve around both politics and biblical stories, but I adored Paradise Lost (once I'd finished it) and liked Absalom and Achitophel. Usually I dislike propaganda, especially Tory conservatist propaganda, but that poem rocks.
Why can't Honours be about mini-topics? Why do we also have to do stupid theses? I hate theses... (that word doesn't rhyme with that other excrement for no reason).
