Loz Refined
Guys, if you're not listening to John Finnemore's Souvenir Programme you are missing out. Driving down from Coober Pedy, I almost killed myself laughing --- literally! (Sadly it was at a rather vaudevillian pun, if you have heard the show and you know me, you can probably guess what it was.) A cow ran across the road ahead just as I was giggling and it was only because a) I am an awesome long distance driver, as it turns out AND b) the cow was actually super quick and already across the road, that I narrowly escaped certain death!

By the by, I am, indeed, in Adelaide now.

Oooh! I'd forgotten about it this week. (I am just not used to shows being on a Sunday.)

Shall have to rectify that!

And congratulations on yet again making it back to Adelaide alive!

So glad both you and the cow are okay. XD <3

Thank you! :D My car Sam is tiny. After halting us, the bovine probably would have wobbled to its feet and gone on its merry way.

I especially like his long-winded stories towards the end of each programme.

The concentric epistolary story about the man who walked in the night cracked my shit up. It reminded me SO MUCH of my Honours thesis (Victorian Gothic.)

I also REALLY liked the Archers one in the 2nd episode. Hadn't noticed before but he's right -- most of the men DO sound tired all the time.

Never having heard The Archers once made that one very confusing until the last couple of minutes, which I could liken to something like Days of our Lives and therefore find hilarious.

Oh my god, if you had died in a cow accident of all things....
